G400P cannot send SMS. Receiving is OK (incl. extensive logs)

Firstly, you should perform 'gsm show span X' (where X refers to span number) to check whether your gsm modem gets good GSM signal.

The message it gave "no connection to the phone" means that the GSM network is unavailable when you try to send SMS out.

I noticed that you invoke a AGI script to play audio file ‘ss-noservice’. Which tells us that the span doesn't get signal.

I don't think there is an issue with the signal because
1) gsm show span X always showed "GSM READY" and signal from 13 up to 18
2) Receiving SMS was always OK, it had not missed not a single SMS, and delivery was super fast!
